Our citrus chamomile tea has the perfect balance of lemon and chamomile to produce a fruity and floral cup that relaxes the body and settles the stomach. This blend is perfect to unwind and de-stress after a long day.
Drink 'straight' (means with no milk), you can add honey (if you want a sweeter tea) or lemon (if you want a more sour/tart tea)
- Soothing chamomile and citrus flavours – floral with a complex twist of tartness (sourness) from the citrus and sweetness from the rose petals
- Perfect to drink before bed or an afternoon nap; evenings to unwind after a long day
- Colour of brew should be: Deep-yellow to Light Orange

Steep 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of tea leaves per cup (8 oz. or 250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in hot water. If you want a 'light' or less flavourful/strong brew, keep the leaves in the hot water for 2.5 – 3 mins. If you want a 'stronger' or more flavourful brew, keep the leaves in the hot water for longer (3 – 3.5 mins).
For iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons (4 grams) to 300ml of water and 'cold brew' over night in the refrigerator. This will yield a very light brew of this herbal tea so adding some other herbs/flavours is recommended.
