Steep 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of tea leaves per cup (8 oz. or 250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in hot water. If you want a 'light' or less flavourful/strong brew, keep the leaves in the hot water for 3 mins. If you want a 'stronger' or more flavourful brew, keep the leaves in the hot water for longer (4 mins).
For iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons (4 grams) and 'cold brew' over night in the refrigerator.
