A smooth black tea from the mountain tops of Darjeeling, the Midnight Rose is our unique blend of the finest black tea with dried rose petals from the shores of Arabia.
Drink 'straight' (means with no milk), you can add honey (if you want a sweeter tea) or lemon (if you want a more sour/tart tea)
- A supple black tea with a sweet rose flavour derived from real, dried rose petals added to high quality black tea leaves
- Perfect for any time in the day, less recommended for night due to some caffeine content (as it is a black tea base)
- Colour of brew should be: Orange

Steep 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of tea leaves per cup (8 oz. or 250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in hot water. If you want a 'light' or less flavourful/strong brew, keep the leaves in the hot water for 2.5 – 3 mins. If you want a 'stronger' or more flavourful brew, keep the leaves in the hot water for longer (4 mins).
For iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons (4 grams) to 300ml of water and 'cold brew' over night in the refrigerator. Add some ice to a glass and serve!
First Brew: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup (8 oz. or 250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. For iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons and 'cold brew' overnight in the refrigerator.
